For streamers, creators & businesses

Music licensing & usage.

Before you drop a Synaptic Utopia track behind your stream, video, or project — read this. All our music is copyrighted and paid licensing is coming soon.

Nothing on this page is a license or a grant of rights. Terms will be published alongside the licensing launch.

FAQ

Is Synaptic Utopia music copyright free?

No. Every track we release is copyrighted, all rights reserved. It is not royalty-free, not creative-commons, and not cleared for streams, videos, or commercial use. Official licensing is being prepared and will be announced on our YouTube channel.

Can I use it on Twitch, YouTube, or Kick without a strike?

No. Playing our tracks as background music on a live stream, VOD, short, or archived clip is unlicensed use. Once enforcement is active, content-ID and takedown claims may apply. Please wait for official licensing.

Do I just need to credit you?

No. Credit is appreciated but it does not grant a license. Only a written license from Synaptic Utopia authorizes use of the music.

Can I use it in a paid course, client project, or ad?

Not yet. Commercial use — client work, ads, product videos, courses, film — is not permitted until licensing launches. For early licensing inquiries, reach out via YouTube.

What about TikTok, Reels, and Shorts?

Unlicensed short-form use is not permitted either. Use the built-in TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube audio libraries for short-form content until our licensing is live.

When will licensing be available?

Soon. Follow the YouTube channel — that's where we'll announce the launch and how to purchase a license.

Interested in licensing?

For commercial licenses, brand deals, or early access before launch — reach out on YouTube or social. We’re friendly, and we’d rather say yes to a proper license than send a takedown.
